Giving everyone their own space Beach Break has 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air-conditioning, washer and dryer.
Only a 4 minute drive to popular Prawn Rock Channel; 6 minutes to the town beach – Ocean Beach and 8 minutes to the quaint town centre of Denmark where lovely unique boutiques await your browsing or a place to do your grocery shopping.
Denmark is also a very popular food destination with many fantastic restaurants and cafes and is the host of approximately 30 wineries, breweries and cider establishments.
We are also very close to other popular locations such as Greens Pool, Elephant Rocks, Tree Top Walk plus of course Albany.
Accommodates up to 8 people with 2 x Queen size beds & 4 x Single beds. All linen provided. No charge for infants, if using own linen. Infants are classified as children not crawling or walking.
Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5 nights in peak periods.
Please note bedrooms are made available dependant on number of guests. If 2 guests booked – 1 bedroom made available; 4 guests – 2 bedrooms etc.
Extra bedrooms can be made available for an extra $50 per room.

My husband & I stayed at the Beach Break with 3 other friends for 5 nights in October 2020. We only have praises for this home. It is beautiful, clean, very spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. So much so we cooked all our dinner meals there! Communications with Donna, the property consultant, was easy. Donna is very helpful, friendly & professional. We highly recommend this home and definitely would stay again.

Beach Break, the perfect holiday home - Great location, stunning ocean and inlet views, spacious living, fully equipped kitchen and family friendly. We had a lovely time and would definitely book again, truly relaxing.
